Dear,
this day I upgraded Magento from 1.5.1.0 to 1.7.0.2. Now it gives a 500 message Internal Server Error. I followed this guide: https://www.collaboration133.com/upgrade-magento-1-5-1-0-to-1-7-0-2-with-magento-connect/2327/
but doesn’t work. Please can you help me?
I got this error at the end of the upgrade in Magento connect: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Varien_Db_Adapter_Pdo_Mysql::isTableExists() in /home/hoveni1b/public_html/domains/groenbestel_new/app/code/core/Mage/Core/Model/Resource/Resource.php on line 77
Thanks in advance.
Jeroen

Showing the same error “Varien_Db_Adapter_Pdo_Mysql::isTableExists() in /home/hoveni1b/public_html/domains/groenbestel_new/app/code/core/Mage/Core/Model/Resource/Resource.php on line 77″ and also the front and back end is showing the error
” Fatal error: Call to a member function getAllOptions() on a non-object in /home/devdigit/public_html/app/code/core/Mage/Core/Model/Cache.php on line 455″
Many Thanks in advance.

Did you do Step 2 on https://www.collaboration133.com/upgrade-magento-1-5-1-0-to-1-7-0-2-with-magento-connect/2327/?
Also, have you tried the Magento database Troubleshooting steps listed?
Hi,
i updated Magento from 1.701 to 1.8. After i had error 503 i set the permissions from 777 to 775 and 666 to 644. But now i have the error: Fatal error:
Call to undefined method Magento_Db_Adapter_Pdo_Mysql::dropTemporaryTable() in …/app/code/core/Mage/CatalogRule/Model/Action/Index/Refresh.php on line 149 when i try to change a product. I upgraded the site without the Step 2 of the guide so that might be the problem. I just can’t find the issue or help in the forums. Maybe you can help…
Thanks in advance
Max
Hi Max, Step 2 is crucial in our experience. Is it possible for you to re-do the upgrade with that step? If not, drop us an email via our contact form and we can help you troubleshoot the error.
Hi,
after I asked you guys I went ahead and reused the http://connect20.magentocommerce.com/community/Mage_All_Latest as the extension key. Again without step 2. I know, I know… But it worked, I guess. Since then I have no problems. If something comes up again (error or what ever) I’ll do just as pointed out in the guide WITH step 2.
Thank you very much for the reply. Hopefully this isn’t necessary…

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Mage_Eav_Model_Entity_Attribute_Backend_Array::getAllOptions() on line 369. Problem with import/export of customers. Is there a way to fix this without reverting back to before error occured (wich was a pre live state)? All extensions been disabled and checked for errors and this is not the cause. Please help!
What method are you using to import/export customers?
Hi, I would be interested in upgrading from 1.5 to latest.
Could you help me and let me know what it would cost?
Thank you,
